I offer therapy sessions online via Zoom.
My fees are:
Initial consultation session: £125
Therapy session: 60 minutes - £ 125
Public speaking, training, writing & commercial events
I complete bespoke training & public speaking events. I have provided therapy expertise for wellness brand, This Works - speaking on an expert panel & contributing to their blog; public speaking & training for organisations such as Barnardos, Dorset’s Cereal, Ryvita, Jordan’s Cereal; & public sectors: NHS, health boards, social work services & schools. I have also written articles for HELLO! Magazine.

Artwork & Illustrations
I create beautiful custom made artwork promoting all things mental health, self compassion & equality. And so I am interested in working with like minded folks/ companies who share my values.
